Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including Lodgify (property management and booking platform) and payment processors. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data. When you book directly through our website, we share a hashed (scrambled, non-reversible) copy of your email address with Meta to measure how well our advertising works; to opt out, email us at hello@californialuxurystays.com.
Text Message (SMS) Program
If you give us your mobile number and separately check the box consenting to text messages, California Luxury Stays will text you your discount code and occasional alerts about open dates — up to 4 messages per month. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or of any purchase, and it is always separate from email signup: we will never add you to the text program because you subscribed to email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We keep a record of each consent — the date, the wording you agreed to, and the network address it came from — so we can show what you agreed to and when. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing. To have your number removed, reply STOP or email stay@californialuxurystays.com.
